What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: Depends if the player uses caps or not, and also depends on how much he spams. If he says the same thing twice without caps, thats not spam. I'd only mute him if he spammed the same thing over and over.

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: Instant mute. Nobody likes to be insulted.

Do you have any experience (if yes, describe):Yes, I do. I have been a moderator in another MTA server for over 3 years now. And obviously I am one of the leaders of my own crew.

I also want to help server even more than I try to do now (help with making updates content and testing it, reporting toxic/inappropriate behavior on global and language chats when no mod is online). I already know the commands used by moderators and thanks to Bunny who have introduced me to how to operate the RaceBan system and overall basics of what will be obligated to do I'm prepared and up for running.

Second, the more moderators the better for the server to keep the players aware of the rules and their behavior to others (such as... avoiding toxicity). And obviously helping other players in general, with doubts about the server in general, because even to this day the server has some new players that don't know a lot about the server (specially rules, some don't read them).

Firstly I'd warn the player to stop spamming and if he still doesn't respect the rules he will be muted progressively according to the toughness of his spam and its containing. That would imply small mutes from 5-30 minutes and rising to big mutes from 1 hour to 1 day.

Well depending on the toughness and agressivness of the insults, I would either warn the player or straight mute depending on the situation, in order to escape arguments and unpleasant fights. Would apply same mute duration here as in spamming.

Well the main reason I want to join the moderators team is to just help the ordinary players when they need it, because there are many moments when players just don't have the luxury of asking for a moderator's help when needed, because there is none online. I see myself as a good candidate because of my routine flexibility, which allows me to be present on the server in absolutely different times of the day and night. Having to deal with all the toxicity that is present when a moderator is offline is a big pain in the ass. Also to be 100% honest, this is one of my objectives since I had low RP and started making a list of things I want to accomplish here. I hope I have met people that can objectively judge wheather I am suited for this position or not. Would moderate any assigned chat that I know the language of, hopefully more at the same time and of course global chat (the one that gets very messy from time to time). And about myself I can say that many people that I had the pleasure of talking to already know me good enough. Those who don't know me, well you have yet to discover me, because I plan on staying hehe.



P.S. Even if I do not succeed or suit the moderators team, I would suggest at least opening moderators recruit, because there are few very active moderators nowadays. I am not for demoting anybody, just for more new active moderators. Specifically would add a lithuanian moderator judging from recent events on the server. Really hope seeing new moderators on the server soon.

Having to deal with all the toxicity that is present when a moderator is offline is a big pain in the ass. Also to be 100% honest, this is one of my objectives since I had low RP and started making a list of things I want to accomplish here. I hope I have met people that can objectively judge wheather I am suited for this position or not. Would moderate any assigned chat that I know the language of, hopefully more at the same time and of course global chat (the one that gets very messy from time to time). And about myself I can say that many people that I had the pleasure of talking to already know me good enough. Those who don't know me, well you have yet to discover me, because I plan on staying hehe.



P.S. Even if I do not succeed or suit the moderators team, I would suggest at least opening moderators recruit, because there are few very active moderators nowadays. I am not for demoting anybody, just for more new active moderators. Specifically would add a lithuanian moderator judging from recent events on the server. Really hope seeing new moderators on the server soon.

(atleast 100 words): Since Global Channel isnt getting Moderated by most Moderators, I see myself mostly doing that. Global Channel is a quite Loud and Noisy Channel, with people who dont follow the rules etc. Also I've noticed how players just dont care about rules etc. when theres no Moderator online. Im supporting the server in every way i can. Right now, the only way i can support the server is through simply donating my money and trying to contact bigger German Youtubers. And I want to extend my ways of supporting the server, by simply helping to keep the chat clean of trolls and unwanted behaviours such as players being insultive or rude to other players. (I know that I've had beef with Rei a lot, mostly in Global Channel, but since he's muted now, I dont think any kind of Beef between me and any other Person will ever happen again)

Firstly I would talk to him pertaining his spamming. That means finding the appropriate language he speaks. I would warn him about the consequences of such action.
If he does not heed my warning, I would eventually mute him as it is the dire consequence of spamming.
If the mute has expired and he continues to spam, eventually I would have to educate him about the server rules, if he continues to disobey I would ask for assistance from a higher ranking moderator. If none is online however, I would have to kick, mute him for a longer period of time.

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?:

I would make sure he is adverse with the server rules, and tell him that insulting other players is strictly prohibited.
If he continues to insult the player I would mute him, this in return would solve the problem as he would no longer be able to insult / speak to the player for the mute period.
I would also sincerley apologize to the victim which he verbally abused.

Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): I have been a credible and reputable admin at FFS Gaming Server (MTA Stunt Server) for a period of 60 days. I found it a bit troublesome to work alongside my peers and other administrators as they were very toxic and egoistic. 
Due to the FFS admin team not being a comfortable and desired environment, I left and I'm hoping to become an efficient and responsible moderator in this server.

Which language channels can you moderate?: Slovenian ,Croatian ,Bosnian ,Serbian ,Russian and Global.

Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): 
I would like to become a moderator because my only goal now is to assist new players in their venture in this server. Also I have effectively managed my crew (LHM) and guided them to a productive and fun experience in the server.
Due to having learn't the issues that many players face I believe I have the knowledge required to effectively moderate the server.
My time schedule which is endless also is compatible with the server, even when there are no moderators online during early hours of the morning, I'm usually online guiding players.
I would help out the community(new players etc..)beacuse the role of a moderator is being active and actually helping, unlike other moderators(no offense).
My level of maturity and logical thinking expertises are the perfect skills required to be a moderator, and of such have been recommended by many moderators to apply.

How much free time do you have to moderate server? I'm free most of the time and very active ingame, forums and on the discord server. I can spend close to 12 hours a day on the server.

Ik i've been here for almost 6 months just for racing, many ppl knowns about me, during the day i'm a ghost doing my progress. I liked the sv and i helped some ppl especially a few important ones. Even tho, ik it's hard understanding sometimes to someone but they can return me a favor because of my effort helping. And yes, there some things i have to know and understand in a deep but honest way.

Unluckly there are no moderators when this happens and i'd like to stop these inadequate messagges or other disturbing players to do it. I'm always active in global chat and in Romanian language one, and sometimes on the Italian one but there are not a lot of players of that language.
