What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: He analyzed the nature of the comment and if it is inappropriate and encourages the violation of the regulation, i am made a complaint with the staff present.

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: I proceed with a warning sanction, if it persists I apply a Mute sanction that can vary between 5 and 10 minutes. In the event that the subject is persisting intentionally, I apply a penalty according to the severity of her behavior. (Spam, flood, Caps intentionally, gross disrespect)

Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): This year I turned 9 years of playing in the MTA. I know things like Zmodeler editor, Photoshop and textures which I used in my past to contribute to the servers where I got a rank as part of the admin team, Mod / Super Mod / Admin. In different modes: Day Z / FreeRoam / Mini Games / Race mode

Which language channels can you moderate?: I am from Argentina, it makes me completely suitable to moderate the Spanish language.

Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): From the beginning I wanted to be part of the team because of my taste for the server, its interface, its community and its unique style on MTA. I am currently an ordinary user who has been playing since 2018 if my memory does not fail, I would very much like to be part of the team to get even deeper into this community and contribute my grain of sand.

Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): The main reason is simple, I want to help people who are new to the server, besides obviously, Im also applying to help moderate the channels because I have seen many times that people who are new and recently join the server for the first time, and they don’t know the basics like write on your corresponding channel, what are the rules of the chat (I have noticed that most of them come from FREEROAM servers and in most of those servers, there are no sanctions for the FLOOD and SPAM, so they think they can do that on the server and like they don’t know the rules they do it and sometimes there’s no moderator connected to explain the rules, then they keep doing it until they gain a mute at worst, Besides I have noticed that there are people who usually ask for help because they stay bug somewhere either in the free mode, in a race or an URL and it does’nt serves them nor with the SHIFT+X, they would have to reconnect (that has happened to me with Spanish speakers who don’t know much English)

Before concluding, I publish this post, not with the only purpose of to apply as moderator because if I didn't sufficiently "mature" I will understand and I accept it there were times when I did not prove to be of the age that I have, And I also want that you don't think that I’m just applying to get PREMIUM, Well continuing the other reason of this post is to write 2 points that I wouldn't want to publish in another post because they would already be 3 and I'm not very comfortable with that.

Recently I have seen that for the reason of the recruitment many people who are no longer connect to the server were applied, for what reason? I don't know
And the last thing I wanted to say is that I saw that in some posts some people had problems because of the age of the authors of the posts when I remember that there were people who were accepted being under 18 years and I don’t see why now they make trouble for that

I have maxed half of cars and still going for max every single car. I complete a lot of tasks and try to complete all of them. I also managed a 1504146 RP and 930h playtime.

Depends on the type of insult

If it’s not really offensive (like: “are you stupid or something?”), I would only warn the player to talk more ‘calmly’.
If it is offensive (like: “you f***ing sh*t skinned c*nt!”), I would mute the guy immediately for 20 – 60 minutes, depending on the aggressiveness of this person.

It always pissed me off that, seeing someone from the staff is a rarity. When no mods are online, the server becomes a toxic wasteland. People are insulting, throwing trash at each other. Some guys leave immediately, when they see what kind of chaos this community has become. I want to change it. I want this server to become a place, where you can peacefully meet, race and have fun with friends where new people don’t have to see toxic players talk shit or calling others N words. I’m not really experienced, but I have the will to make this server a less toxic place.

Reason why I want to join : I want to increase my experience of moderating a server, because this is the only server that I enjoy playing it. How much free time do you have to moderate server?: Depends from the day. At the weekend I can spend from 2 to 3 hours, in the rest of the week it's 1-2 hours.

What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: If the flood or spam is accidental, I can forgive if it's a single situation, but if someone is spamming intentionally, I'm giving a mute from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the frequency of spam/flood.

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: I'm giving a warning first, then I mute the person if he/she won't listen to me and will constantly keep insulting. A Length of a mute would depend on how severe are the insults.

Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): Other than leading a crew on the server and running my own discord server, not really.

Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): First of all, this server lacks of the active polish moderators that could control the whole anarchy going on the Polish language channel, so that's one of the reasons why I decided to write my own application. I always wanted to somehow contribute to the development of the server, but since I don't have any experience at modeling and scripting I think moderating the server is the last thing I can offer. Server's community is not the best, but I met a lot of mature and nice players so I like to play here. If any player (whether beginner or not) needs my help, I'm trying my best to help and I'm giving some advice as an experienced player. In my opinion I'm ready to take responsibility as a server moderator.

Your stats and experience with NFS:SA: 700k+ RP, started my career on NFS SA in 2017, I had some breaks from the server, but not for very long, I recently became very active in game and I enjoy spending time there.

How much free time do you have to moderate server? I think it depends, but I still go to school which means I have a lot of time for video games like this one. There would be no problem for me to spend about 3-4 hours a day for moderating and watching player's behaviors on the server.

What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: I think it's important to be polite and professional as a moderator, so it's not necessary to punish players if they didn't mean to be rude on chat, or if they just said something wrong by an accident, in that situations, simple warnings would work. It's different when somebody's behavior is ignorant and rude on purpose and try to troll others, this is where you have to mute a player.

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: In that situation I think it's very important to intervene to avoid confrontations between players on the server and mute him immediately. Still depends what kind of insult would it be, you can just mute or kick a player, but if he's being really racist and homophobic, even towards moderators on the server, I think it's pretty necessary to take precautionary measures.

Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): Some time ago I used to be a Supporter on a Role-Play server on MTA ''devGaming'' with a lot of players, i've spent a lot of time there interacting with players and helping them understand the rules. I've decided to quit after a year being on that position, now i only play on NFS SA.

(at least 100 words): I'm a very polite and caring person, I know in what situations there's time to be more serious instead of behaving childish and not professional. I know how to ease the misunderstanding between people and I always react immediately. I'm a ''people'' person as well, I get along very easily and I'm very open-minded. On a ''job'' like moderating the server it's important to make players feel comfortable and not exalt yourself, because I would still be equal with everybody. but especially i want a chat with a good ambience where the toxics don´t have
the opportunity to disturb in the chat and receive their deserved punishments

Usually 2-5 hours, depends on my real life situation and my mood

First off giving them a warning, if they keeps continuously spamming i would mute them for 15 minutes, still spamming after a mute, 30 minutes or even more, all depends on what kind of spam they do

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?:
Depends on how rude the insults are, first off i will tell them to stop, if he keeps insulting, i will mute them for 20 minutes or even longer, like i said before depends on how rude the insults are

Because Indonesian language channel is a chaos when there are no moderators online they sometimes raid the global channel or even using caps unnecessarily, sometimes there are indonesian players that speaks Indonesian in Global channel without knowing the existence of Language channel, all are probably caused by the lack of Indonesian moderators, and hopefully im here to help the Indonesian language channel under control

From 2 to 5 hours, GMT-3 (depending on the day).

I give him a warn, if he continues I’ll mute him 5-15 min.

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?:

I ask him to stop and avoid doing it again, If that doesn’t work I give him a mute above 30 minutes according to the situation.

Honestly no, I was going to be admin in a SA-MP server, but I had to reject it.

I think is crucial that all players should we enjoy this server in a fun and healthy way, I don’t like when people start insulting each other by insignificant things, i would love to be able to assist them by answering their questions and helping in what they need. I’m active on the server and I’ve seen that there’s not always online moderators when it’s needed, some people can take advantage of this and start disturbing others gameplay, that’s why I choose to be part of this team. I’m a calm guy, aware of the chat and I always try to get along with people.
