After a few months of inactivity I decided to come back to the server making my own crew and I saw crews what have image on their logo like a anime woman, vice city woman, etc. How can I make it for my own crew?

Those are made by hand using crew logo editor, you can't upload your own logo

It's created with shapes. Such crew logos have 50-200 layers
