Hello! Im new here, only 1 week old on this server, so, here is my Binco design, it look like Nascar or rally decals but i hope you like it, 
EDIT: How big must be an entire side of a car? Or can you share a template? or texture, like UV map or something? It will help us

i couldn't find those vinyl somewhere else than ingame , that's why it's low quality

Wrong. They are cut for specific template of specific car. It must match every car

I like them but they have so much aliasing. It's possible to upscale them while also gaining quality if you know how.

That is a very fair point, i can male the aliasing less noticable. Bartek, im pretty sure it would fit all cars due to the scaling system you have with with vinyls on the cars...
I will upload revised versions soonish

No he means that most cars have different proportions therefore it's not possible to make the vinyl look the same on all the cars. Here are the problematic areas: http://i.imgur.com/01J1VKz.png
You need to add more solid colors to these areas else they will look terrible.
