The neon doesn't look that bad.
Maybe do this order: (Front to back) Red, Blue, Green, Orange
And if possible, less oppacity / alpha on the lights, and another layer with smaller coronas but more alpha.

I made neon sticks from casino stamps and there are no green stickers but I try to make any green
