Vinyl, Rim pack bug

So I've experienced a bug in which I lost 2 vinyl sets (The one with the Subaru logo and the M3 GTR from MW05) and a Rim Pack (The NFS:SA one) So Idk how I can get them back, Idek if I can even get them back but someone if can plz help. Also this is kinda off-topic but my game glitched and the parts for the Unique Cars aren't showing up and Idk how to fix it.
