More gamepad bind options

It would be greatly helpful to have the menu controls be bindable. By menu controls I mean things like the left and right keyboard arrows, the Enter button to select and the Backspace button to go back, and more. I play on a 65 inch TV and the computer is nearby it, so everytime I must navigate the menus I am forced to get up and walk to the keyboard/mouse, then go back to the couch to use the controller. And before someone asks, no there isn't any way to get my keyboard and mouse closer. This gets especially annoying when trying to complete the god awful challenge series set #17, having to get up every 20 seconds to retry for an hour straight. I'd be fine with just setting it with console commands if admins don't want to bother adding the binds to the proper settings GUI menu.

Also pointing out a bug with the already available binds in the F11 menu. The shift up and shift down binds for drag races just don't work on a controller/gamepad, no matter what buttons it's set to. Other binds from the same menu works fine on the controller/gamepad.
