Fortune update, New (old) shoes (rims), New challenge sets, Handling & more

After a not-so-long wait, we present you another project of our development, contributor and tester teams.

General changes

• Two new challenge sets :
  
  1. Set 22 - Fortune Unique Parts Challenge Set
     
  2. Set 23 - NFS:SA Rims Pack 3 Challenge Set
     
• More fixes and reworks to Sprint and Circuit maps (Remolit)
  
• Fixes to Primo and Super GT
  
• Fixed rewards for Tollbooth Speedtrap maps
  

Handling changes
Futo has got handling improvements
High-speed damping handling property, which causes cars to react abnormally to landings and clip curbs randomly has been removed for cars:
A: Comet, Counthash, Bullet
M: Dukes, Picador, Sabre, Tampa
D: Emperor, Previon
SUV: Patriot, Buggy
E: Manana, Futo

New (old) Rims:





Rims pack BBS 2 is unlockable by using a TaskPoint in F10 and Rims pack NFS:SA 3 is unlockable via new Challenge Set 23
